Selectmen accepted the resignation of Barry Fogel from the Conservation Commission. Fogel is running for state representative in the seat currently held by Harriett Stanley, who is not seeking re-election. With a 2 to 1 vote, the board appointed Judy Mizner to fill the remainder of Fogel’s term. Selectman Tom Atwood voted no.
