On Sunday, April 29, 2012, Barry attended the third annual Haverhill Goes Green! environmental fair at GAR Park and the Citizens’ Center in Haverhill, Massachusetts. The event was sponsored by Haverhill’s Brightside.

Barry visited with Congresswoman Niki Tsongas at the Haverhill Goes Green Event, discussing their shared interests in environmental quality for all of Haverhill and the precincts in Bradford and Riverside where their districts overlap.
During the event, Barry talked with Roz McKeon, Vice President of the Haverhill Democratic City Committee, while Roz was working with the League of Women Voters to register voters for the upcoming election.
